Vinnie Monachello
Vinnie read Philosophy at University College London during which time he was a member of the University’s Drama and Musical Theatre Societies. In his final year he received the NSDF Spotlight Award for Most Promising Actor for his performance in the musical Parade. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy he went on to become a member of the National Youth Theatre and then to study for an MA in Performance (Acting) at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
He has enjoyed a varied career to date including the 2018 and 2019 national tours of In the Night Garden, initially as swing and then as Igglepiggle, Colin in The Secret Garden, Peter in The Railway Children and Eddie in Season s Greetings with Hordern Ciani, The Great Christmas Sleigh Ride at Harlow and Mother Goose and Puss in Boots (Millfield Theatre). He has also performed with Morpheus UK, presenting unique immersive theatre experiences online.
He is absolutely thrilled to be a member of the Bedknobs and Broomsticks cast, and to be touring with such a magical production!
